Update on 13th Anniversary Prize Shipments

We’re sorry to have kept you waiting for so long. We know how excited everyone has been to receive the gifts from this event, and we truly appreciate your patience.

We believe that some of the winners have already started receiving the small gifts and community merchandise. We hope you enjoy them!

For the filament prizes, we’re also continuing to follow up on the shipping progress. We have just received the tracking information, so if any winner would like to check the tracking number for their package, please send us a private message here in the community and provide the recipient name you used when submitting your shipping information. We’ll be happy to check the tracking details for you.

Since our winners are located in different countries and regions, the filament prizes are being shipped from China to different countries and regions, and there are many filament packages to be shipped, the shipping process may take some time. so please be patient and allow some time for delivery.
