Gift card order interest

Hello,

Have you redeemed points for gift cards here yet?

I redeemed my points on the Sunlu Community page.

I redeemed two $10 coupons for 2x1000 points.
I provided my email address when redeeming.

I see "To Ship" in my orders.

I haven't received an email yet, so I don't know the coupon code.

When I place an order in the Store, it doesn't automatically show that I have a $20 coupon.

The redemption of points was 2 days ago.
How long does it take for the two $10 coupon codes to arrive in the email?
