Where do you buy SUNLU filament in bulk?

I've been looking around for places to buy filament in bulk.I've found some deals on aliexpress for around $16/kg but alot of the colours are either out of stock or can't be shipped to my country.

I also looked at Alibab where i've seen SUNLU bulk pricing around $8.45- $9.75/kg but i'm not sure about the shipping cost or whether it actually worth ordering that way. MOQ is 50. Does
