"Empty Spool, New Life" - What's new?...

I was wondering, about the last contest: "Empty Spool,
New Life". The winners were supposed to be announced on September 22nd.
But taking a look, everyone won!!! There are 8 participants. For the first
three winners, there are the classic threads with community points. But also 5
honorable mentions with a full 200 community points, so 8 'prizes' in total for
8 participants... Am I missing something?
