1. Is there free shipping on your site?
All products are free shipping!
2. If I purchase a 3d printer from your site, where the printer will be shipped from?
There are different options on our website, such as the US, EU, CA, AU. Choose the the
US option: United State, Western Asian & Middle East countries, East Asia and South Asia, South America & Africa & Russia
EU option: Most European countries & Turkey & Israel
CA option: Canada
AU option: Australia, New Zealand
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Normally, you will receive the parcel within 4-9 business days after you place the order.
*We have the oversea warehouse for most printers and few don't. Most parts will ship from China while few parts will send separately from overseas, it will take more time to reach you, please aware!
4. Should I pay the duty fee if I purchase the printer from your site?
There is the duty-free for 3D printers that are sent to the United States (not including Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses) and the Most European countries.
For the other countries, we try our best to minimize the risk to get customs duties. If customs charge duties for your parcels, customers will be required to make the payment for customs duties in order to receive the parcels.
1. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment by PayPal or Credit Card.
2. Why is your website available in different currencies, but the price is in the US dollars when you pay?
We only accept the payment in USD dollars on our site. Due to US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars. If your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal.
3. Can I cancel/modify my order?
If you haven't received the shipping notification, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your request to cancel/modify and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse.
Our customer service will help you cancel or modify the order within 24H after receiving your email. Since the email is not an instant reply, we may find that your order has been sent when we process your email within 24H. In this case, we can only say sorry for that, and we can't help you cancel or modify the order anymore. So please check the order information carefully before placing the order.
If you have received the shipping notification, please note that we CANNOT cancel or modify orders anymore. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (Email address: email@example.com), they will reply you in 24 hours (except weekends) and give you further information and some useful advice.
But please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
